Waterlox Original Sealer and Finish, 350 VOC, is a solvent-based tung oil finish for interior wood floors, furniture, cabinetry, and trim, reformulated to meet low-VOC regulations without changing how it looks or wears. It penetrates into the wood rather than sitting on top as a film, so it seals and finishes in one product, and it also works on porous surfaces like slate, brick, stone, tile, or cement.
- 350 g/L VOC content, compliant with low-VOC regional rules
- Medium sheen, tung-oil-based formula — no thinning required straight from the can
- Coverage: about 125 sq ft per coat per quart, 500 sq ft per coat per gallon
- Minimum 24-hour dry time between coats; if sanding between coats, allow an additional 18-24 hours of good air movement before recoating
Apply thin, even coats and let each one dry fully before recoating or sanding.
