This 13/64" self-centering hinge bit drills an accurate pilot hole in hinges, handles, drawer slides, and other hardware. Its spring-loaded, self-centering sleeve locates the hole in the hardware before the HSS twist drill bores through, so the screw lands centered instead of off to one side.
